Indianapolis Man Sentenced to 16 Years for Meth Trafficking, Gun Crimes

Michael Gannon, Assistant Special Agent in Charge of Drug Enforcement Administration-Indianapolis, and U.S. Attorney Zachary A. Myers for the Southern District of Indianapolis announced that Eugene Theard, 45, of Indianapolis, was sentenced to 16 years in federal prison for distributing methamphetamine and possessing five firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking.


Buffalo Man Going to Prison on Fentanyl Charge

U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Sherron Kye, 39, of Buffalo, NY, who was convicted of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and 4-ANPP, was sentenced to serve 40 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.

Oakland Resident Who Sold Fentanyl in San Francisco's Tenderloin Sentenced to Four Years

Jose Alvarado, a/k/a Chepe, was sentenced today to 48 months in federal prison for distribution of fentanyl in San Francisco’s Tenderloin District and for possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl, announced United States Attorney Stephanie M. Hinds and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Acting Special Agent in Charge Bob P. Beris. The sentence was handed down by United States District Judge Charles R. Breyer.


Indiana Man Sentenced to 15 Years for Meth Trafficking

Alfred A. Cooke, Assistant Special Agent in Charge of Drug Enforcement Administration-Merrillville, Indiana, and U.S. Attorney Clifford D. Johnson for the Northern District of Indiana announced that Shaquille Delaney, 32, of South Bend, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Damon R. Leichty after pleading guilty to distribution of methamphetamine, announced U.S. Attorney Clifford D. Johnson.

Johnson for the Northern District of Indiana announced that Terrence Reid, 39, of South Bend, Indiana, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Chief Judge Jon E. DeGuilio on his plea of guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
