News Release: Dayton, OH - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that during the early hours of Dec. 19, 2019 the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST), with the assistance of the Dayton Police Department SWAT, arrested Walter Baker. Baker was wanted by the Springfield Police Department for Murder and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for Rape.
