Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Raul Bujanda, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Albuquerque Field Office, announced that Juan Rodriguez was charged by criminal complaint with sex trafficking of children. Rodriguez, 38, of Roswell, New Mexico, will remain in custody pending trial, which has not been scheduled.

O’Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Kishaun Brooks, 21, Madison, Wisconsin, was sentenced today by Chief U.S. District Judge James D. Peterson to four years in federal prison for possessing a handgun as a felon. This prison term will be followed by three years of supervised release.
