News Release: LAKEWOOD, Colo. - Following an injunction from the Western District of Louisiana, today the Bureau of Land Management Colorado State Office conducted a lease sale offering six parcels totaling 2,444.13 acres in Weld, Jackson, Moffat, and Rio Blanco counties on public lands managed by the Rocky Mountain and Northwest District Offices. 3 parcels were sold for a total of $1,201,794.50. The highest bidder was DPOC, LLC with a of bid of $10,002/acre on a parcel in Weld County.
