Knapp, 43, of Jamestown, NY, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, heroin, fentanyl, and methamphetamine before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $1,000,000 fine.

Logan to 180 months in prison, followed by lifetime supervised release. Johnson, an enrolled member of the White Mountain Apache Tribe, previously pleaded guilty to Abusive Sexual Contact of a Child.
