New Haven Man Sentenced To More Than Eight Years In Federal Prison For Distributing Crack

Daly, Acting United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that JAMES JENKINS, also known as “Black," 31, of New Haven, was sentenced yesterday by Senior United States District Judge Ellen Bree Burns in New Haven to 100 months of imprisonment, followed by four years of supervised release, for distributing crack cocaine.


Jury Convicts Inmate In Meth Trafficking Conspiracy

News Release: TAMPA, Fla. - U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Kovachevich today sentenced Angel (34, Dade City) to nineteen years in federal prison for possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and possessing firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. The sentence consists of 14 years in federal prison for the drug trafficking offense, followed by a five year consecutive sentence for the firearm charge. Martinez pleaded guilty on April 19, 2013.
