Haddon, WILLIAM LAWRENCE BARROW, a 40-year-old resident of Clearfield, Utah, pled guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin and methamphetamine. Sentencing has been set for October 7, 2013. He is currently detained.
