Hochul, Jr. announced today that Fitzgerald Anthony Hudson, 53, of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, pleaded guilty before Chief U.S. District Chief Judge William M. Skretny, to health care fraud. The fraud related to the defendant lying about his qualifications to practice medicine. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, or both.

Tampa Man Sentenced To 12 Years On Federal Child Pornography Charges

News Release: Tampa, FL - U.S. District Judge James D. Whittemore sentenced Paul Henry Carlin (58, Tampa) yesterday to 12 years in federal prison for transportation and receipt of child pornography. The court also ordered Carlin to forfeit computers and thumb drives, which were used in the offense. Carlin pleaded guilty on March 1, 2013.
