News Release: Chief United States District Court Judge Laurie Smith Camp sentenced Newton Dale, age 27, of Walthill, Nebraska, for his conviction of statutory rape in Indian Country. Dale was sentenced to 41 months of imprisonment to be followed by five years of supervised release.
