Finley announced today that Durar Mohammed Judeh, 48, of Tupelo, Miss., was sentenced on October 7, 2013 by U.S. District Court Judge Robert G. James, to 15 months in prison and five years of supervised release for bank fraud. He was also ordered to pay $101,280 in restitution. He pleaded guilty May 29, 2013.

Harper pleaded guilty in federal court to charges of conspiracy and willful failure to file income tax returns, United States Attorney David J. Hickton announced today. Harper, 60 of Pittsburgh, pleaded guilty to five counts before United States District Judge Cathy Bissoon.
