Hochul announced today that Brian Wergin, 31, and Bohdan “Don" Luzecky, 46, both of Rochester, N.Y., who were both convicted of mail fraud, were sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr. Wergin was sentenced to 21 months in prison and ordered to pay $281,964.34 in restitution. Luzecky was sentenced to 27 months in prison and to pay restitution in the amount of $235,499.34.
