Sulphur Men Sentenced For Making And Distributing Counterfeit Money

News Release: LAKE CHARLES, La. -United States Attorney Stephanie A. Finley announced today that Shaun Daigle, 35, and Patrick Murray, 45, both of Sulphur, La., were sentenced by U.S. District Judge Donald E. Walter for conspiring to counterfeit U.S. currency. Daigle received 41 months in prison and Murray received 24 months in prison. They were also sentenced to serve two years of supervised release. They pleaded guilty Nov. 14, 2013.
