Saint Albans Man Sentenced To Federal Prison For Distributing Heroin Stamps

News Release: CHARLESTON, W.Va. - A Saint Albans heroin dealer was sentenced to twenty one months in federal prison, U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin announced. Leonard Lewis Hare, 39, of Saint Albans, WV, previously pleaded guilty in November of 2013 to distribution of heroin. On Aug. 13, 2012, Hare sold eight (8) heroin “stamps" of approximately.06 grams each, to an informant while at his residence at the Carriage Hill Apartments in Saint Albans.
