Idaho Man Sentenced To 20 Years For Distributing Child Pornography

News Release: Orlando, FL - U.S. District Judge Paul G. Byron today sentenced Charles Keith Rolfe (60, Heyburn, Idaho) to 20 years in federal prison for distributing child pornography. The Court also ordered Rolfe to serve a lifetime term of supervised release and to register as a sex offender after he completes his prison sentence. A restitution hearing for his victims is scheduled for Jan. 13, 2015. Rolfe pleaded guilty on June 27, 2014.

Costigan was arrested in January 2014, when DEA Drug Task Force agents and detectives from the Warwick and Newport Police Departments executed a court authorized search of a Newport motel room rented by Costigan and seized materials being used to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine.
