News Release: ATLANTA - George H. Bell, a former employee of the Georgia Department of Transportation, has been arraigned on federal charges of conspiracy and accepting bribes. Bell was indicted by a federal grand jury on Aug. 11, 2015.


News Release: LUBBOCK, Texas - Robert Lawrence Noll, 40, of Brownwood, Texas, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Sam R. Cummings to 121 months in federal prison, following his guilty plea in April 2015 to one count of possession of prepubescent child pornography, announced John R. Wheatfield Man Indicted for Making and Possessing Explosives

News Release: BUFFALO, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul Jr. announced today that a federal grand jury has returned a two-count indictment charging Michael C. O’Neill, 45, of Wheatfield, N.Y., with unlawfully making a destructive device and unlawfully possessing a destructive device. The charges carry a maximum penalty of ten years and a $250,000 fine.


News Release: United States Attorney Deborah R. Gilg announced that on Aug. 14, 2015, United States District Judge John M. Gerrard sentenced Robert Morris, 68 years old of Laurel, Nebraska, to one day custody, six months home confinement, 100 hours of community service, and a $40,000 fine for the offense of filing false tax returns.

Man Sentenced for Drug Trafficking

News Release: United States Attorney Deborah R. Gilg announced that on Aug. 14, 2015, United States District Judge John M. Gerrard sentenced Adrian Montoya Carlos, 34, to 126 months imprisonment, following his conviction for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and 76 months imprisonment for his conviction of illegal possession of a firearm, those sentences are to be served concurrently. After his release from prison, Carlos will serve 5 years on supervised release.


Four Federal Indictments Unsealed Alleging Sex Trafficking Of Children, Transportation Of Minors

News Release: SALT LAKE CITY - Four indictments unsealed late Wednesday afternoon in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City charge eight individuals with sex trafficking of children and other related violations of federal law. A federal grand jury returned the indictments July 21. Arrest warrants were executed Tuesday as a part of an investigation by the FBI and the Salt Lake City Police Department.
