News Release: ROCHESTER, N.Y.-- U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that Vasile Leu, 34, of Chisinau, Moldova, who was convicted of using a fraudulent Czech Republic passport to open bank accounts, was sentenced to 24 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Charles P.
