News Release: DAVENPORT, IA - On Jan. 30, 2015, Curtis Anthony Newman, Sr., age 54, of Davenport, Iowa, was sentenced by United States District Judge John A. Jarvey to 96 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute at least one kilogram of heroin, announced United States Attorney Nicholas A. Klinefeldt. Newman was also ordered to serve five years of supervised release following the imprisonment and to pay $100 towards the Crime Victims Fund.
