Rochester Man Sentenced For Bank Fraud

News Release: ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that Derek T. Floyd, a/k/a Derek Floyd, Jr., 40, of Rochester, NY, who was convicted of bank fraud and violating a previously imposed term of supervised release, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Charles J. Siragusa to 77 monnhs in prison. The defendant was also ordered to pay restitution totaling $47,232.09.


News Release: Tampa, Florida - U.S. District Judge James D. Whittemore today sentenced Nicholas Darwin Yancey (30, Melbourne) to 10 years in federal prison for attempted child enticement. The Court also ordered him to forfeit two cellphones and a computer that he had used to commit the offenses. Yancey pleaded guilty on Oct. 2, 2014.
