California Man Sentenced for Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud and Aggravated Identity Theft

News Release: BOISE - Cristopher Sheldon Miller, 41, of San Leandro, California, was sentenced today in United States District Court to 36 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release for conspiracy to commit bank fraud and aggravated identify theft, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. Senior U.S. District Judge Edward J. Lodge also ordered Miller to pay $70,590.96 in restitution. Miller pleaded guilty to the charges on Jan. 27, 2016.
