Previously Deported Alien Charged With Illegal Re-Entry

News Release: HARRISBURG- The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced today that on Sept. 21, a federal grand jury in Harrisburg charged Jose Miguel Francisco with illegal re-entry into the United States by a previously deported alien. Francisco, age 30, was previously deported from the United States in 2011.
