Three Buffalo Men Arrested on Cocaine Charges

News Release: BUFFALO, N.Y.- Acting U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Derrick Pitts, 46, Shawn Cunningham, 46, and Travel Jefferson, 36, all of Buffalo, NY, were arrested and charged by criminal complaint with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute 28 grams or more of crack cocaine. The charges carry a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison, a maximum of 40 years and a $5,000,000 fine.
