Upper Darby Man Charged With Illegal Reentry After Deportation

News Release: Rudy Otoniel Alvarez-Esquivel, a/k/a “Rudy Vasquez," of Upper Darby, PA, was charged today by Indictment with illegal reentry after deportation, announced Acting United States Attorney Louis D. The indictment alleges that on or about Aug. 15, 2017, Alvarez-Esquivel, an alien, and native and citizen of Honduras, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about Aug. 30, 2012, Jan. 16, 2013, and Nov. 18, 2016.

Evans announced that a federal jury convicted ROBERT RICKS, age 36, of New Orleans, for his role in conspiring to distribute crack cocaine and heroin, possessing heroin and crack with the intent to distribute, possessing a gun in furtherance of his drug-trafficking activities, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
