News Release: COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa - United States Attorney Marc Krickbaum announced on April 3, 2019, Alexander Marcus Provencher, age 23, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Rebecca Goodgame Ebinger for Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm. Provencher was sentenced to 60 months in prison, to be followed by a term of supervised release for three years.
