News Release: HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - A Detroit, Michigan man was sentenced to federal prison today for selling fentanyl in Huntington, announced United States Attorney Mike Stuart. Marshal Franchuit Thomas Jr., 25, was sentenced to 43 months in prison for distribution of fentanyl. Thomas was also ordered to serve 3 years on supervised release after his release from prison.
