Frank announced that Donald Morang, a/k/a “DW," 39, formerly of Augusta, Maine, was sentenced yesterday in U.S. District Court by Judge John A. Woodcock, Jr., to two years in prison and three years of supervised release for conspiracy to distribute heroin; cocaine base, commonly known as “crack;" and fentanyl. Morang pled guilty on Oct. 17, 2018.
