News Release: United States Attorney Joe Kelly announced that on Jan. 3, 2020, Jal Chuar, 24, of Omaha, was sentenced to two months’ imprisonment for distributing marijuana and 60 months’ imprisonment consecutive for possessing a firearm during a drug trafficking offense by United States District Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr. There is no parole in the federal system. He will also serve five years of supervised release following his release from prison.
