Alaska Doctor Sentenced for Wire Fraud

News Release: NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA - U.S. Attorney Peter G. Strasser announced that DR. ANDREW J. VAN ATTA, age 37, from Wasilla, Alaska, was sentenced today to three years of probation for a fraudulent scheme in which VAN ATTA impersonated other doctors while submitting paid surveys.
