News Release: TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA - Michael Jarcord, 52, of Tallahassee, Florida, was sentenced to 180 months federal prison for coercing or enticing a minor to engage in prostitution. Davis has sentenced Deontres Javan Taylor (27, Jacksonville) to 24 months in federal prison for disaster assistance fraud involving Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) benefits.
