News Release: Acting United States Attorney Steven Russell announced that Rogelio Molina, 22, of Arizona, was sentenced on July 6, 2022, in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, for possessing with the intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine. United States District Judge Brian C. Buescher sentenced Molina to 96 months of imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system.
