Arkansas Man Sentenced To 20 Years In Federal Prison For Soliciting And Paying For The Production Of A Video Depicting A 9-Year-Old Child Being Molested

News Release: Jacksonville, Florida - United States District Judge Brian J. News Release: A federal judge sentenced Herdade Lokua, 34, and Jospin Mujangi, 32, of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), to prison for their roles in trafficking wildlife products from DRC to Seattle.
