The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that on January 10, 2023, United States District Judge Robert D. Mariani sentenced Juan Esdrada-Beret, age 41, a native and citizen of Mexico, to 8 months’ imprisonment, for illegally reentering the United States after being previously removed following a prior illegal reentry conviction.
