S. 1470, to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide for increases in the amounts of allowable earnings under the social security earnings limit for individuals who have attained retirement age, with an amendment in the nature of a substitute.

National Defense Authorizations Act--Conference Report: Senate began consideration of the conference report on H.R. 1530, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 1996 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, and to prescribe personnel strengths for such fiscal year for the Armed Forces.
