Madam President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed to executive session to consider Calendar Nos. 702 and 703; that the nominations be confirmed, the motions to reconsider be laid on the table, the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action, any statements in relation thereto be printed in the Record, and the Senate return to legislative session.
