Committee on Resources: Ordered reported--the following bills: H.R. 483, amended, regarding the use of the trust land and resources of the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon; H.R. 1491, Utah Public Lands Artifact Preservation Act of 2001; H.R. 1913, amended, to require the valuation of nontribal interest ownership of subsurface rights within the boundaries of the Acoma Indian Reservation; H.R. 2115, to amend the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to participate in the design, planning and construction of a project to reclaim and reuse within and outside of the service area of the Lakehaven Utility District, Washington; and H.R. 2585, Chiloquin Dam Fish Passage Facility Study Act of 2001.
