Mr. LUGAR. Mr. President, I would like to announce that the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry will meet on Thursday, July 30, 1998 at 9:00 a.m. in SD-106. The purpose of this meeting will be to review a recent concept release by CFTC on over-the-
counter derivatives and related legislation proposed by the Treasury Department, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the SEC.
