Committee on Foreign Relations: Committee concluded a hearing to examine the Protocol Amending the Convention between the United States of America and the Kingdom of Spain for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and its Protocol, signed at Madrid on February 22, 1990

(Treaty Doc. 113-04), and the Convention between the United States of America and the Republic of Poland for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income, signed on February 13, 2013, at Warsaw (Treaty Doc. 113-05), after receiving testimony from Robert B. Stack, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for International Tax Affairs; Thomas A.
