Written agreement with Community Banks of Northern California

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Community Banks of Northern California, a state chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and the California Department of Financial Institutions.
