Written agreement with Elmwood Financial Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Elmwood Financial Corporation, a registered bank holding company, Bank of Elmwood, a state chartered member bank, both of Racine, Wisconsin, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions.
