Written agreement with Amboy Bancorporation and Amboy Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Amboy Bancorporation, a registered bank holding company, Amboy Bank, a state chartered member bank, both of Old Bridge, New Jersey, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
