Written agreement with Capitol Bancorp and Capitol Bancorp's Second-Tier Bank Holding Companies

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Capitol Bancorp, Ltd., Lansing, Michigan, Capitol Bancorp, Ltd.’s Second-Tier Bank Holding Companies, each of which is a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
