Written agreement with Commerce Bancshares and Bank of Commerce

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Commerce Bancshares, Inc., Catoosa, Oklahoma, a registered bank holding company, Bank of Commerce, Chelsea, Oklahoma, a state chartered member bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
