Written agreement with Heritage Commerce Corp and Heritage Bank of Commerce

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Heritage Commerce Corp, a registered bank holding company, Heritage Bank of Commerce, a state chartered member bank, both of San Jose, California, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and the California Office of Financial Institutions.
