The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Central Virginia Bancshares, Inc., Powhatan, Virginia, a registered bank holding company, its subsidiary bank, Central Virginia Bank, Powhatan, Virginia, a state-chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, and the Virginia State Corporation Commission, Bureau of Financial Institutions.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
This release has been corrected to reflect the correct name of the state regulator.
