The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Bank of Whitman Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Colfax, Washington, a registered bank holding company, Whitman Bancorporation, Inc., Colfax, Washington, a registered bank holding company, Bank of Whitman, Colfax, Washington, a state-chartered member bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
