Written agreement with North State Bancshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between North State Bancshares, Inc., Shakopee, Minnesota, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
