Written agreement with Battle Creek State Company and Battle Creek State Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Battle Creek State Company, Inc., Battle Creek, Nebraska, a registered bank holding company, Battle Creek State Bank, Battle Creek, Nebraska, a state-chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance.
