Prompt corrective action directive against LandMark Bank of Florida

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the issuance of a Prompt Corrective Action Directive with the consent of LandMark Bank of Florida, Sarasota, Florida, Florida, a state-chartered member bank.
