Federal Reserve Board approves proposal by Banco do Brasil, S.A.

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the application by Banco do Brasil, S.A., Brasilia, and Caixa de Previdência dos Funcionarios do Banco do Brasil, Rio de Janiero, all of Brazil, to acquire EuroBank, Coral Gables, Florida.
