The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the applications under section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and section 9 of the Federal Reserve Act by Central Bank of Audrain County, Mexico, Missouri, to acquire the Vandalia, Missouri branch of First State Community Bank, Farmington, Missouri, and to establish a branch at the location of the Vandalia, Missouri branch.
