The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of the enforcement actions listed below: Consent prohibition against Adam D. Koontz, former employee of Fayette County Bank, Saint Elmo, Illinois, for unsafe and unsound lending practices Adams Bank and Trust, Ogallala, Nebraska Order of assessment of a civil money penalty dated May 15, 2019 Additional enforcement actions can be searched for here.
